About

I'm a Registered Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years across product design at Dyson and process engineering at San Miguel Brewery. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and have worked hands-on across the full design and improvement lifecycle — tolerance analysis, DFM, FMEA, root cause analysis, and operational efficiency projects.

I'm currently targeting Continuous Improvement, Facilities Engineering, and Design Engineering roles where I can apply both my technical foundation and my LSS toolkit to real problems.

What drives me is curiosity — I like understanding how systems work from the ground up, and I'm not afraid to learn something new to get there.

Experience

Process Engineer at San Miguel Brewery (2025-09 – 2026-01)

  • Led the preparation of Daily Operations Reports to track and analyze the performance of 15+ production lines across multiple brewery facilities nationwide, delivering actionable insights to management.
  • Represented the mechanical engineering team in pre-bidding supplier evaluations, reviewing technical proposals to support informed and strategic project award decisions.
  • Developed end-to-end operational knowledge of 7 critical brewery systems (CO₂ Recovery, Water & Wastewater Treatment, Air Filtration, Packaging, Steam Generation, and Refrigeration & HVAC) through immersive technical training covering materials, processes, and maintenance.

Junior Design Engineer at Dyson Electronics Pte. Ltd (2024-09 – 2025-08)

  • Executed tolerance stack-up analysis across 7 assembly components using statistical methods, safeguarding proper fit, surfacing potential risks, and pinpointing optimal tolerances for tight-fit interfaces.
  • Led end-to-end 3D CAD modelling and surfacing for a critical assembly component, delivering a design that met all functional and production requirements.
  • Reviewed 3 Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reports from tooling engineers, enforcing part design robustness and verifying correct behavior within the tooling environment.
  • Validated production parameters and assembly processes during manufacturing site visits, ensuring full conformance with team-created assembly drawings ahead of production sign-off.
  • Managed BOM for a full assembly with 20+ line items, guaranteeing accurate quantities and specifications were delivered to 2 manufacturers for a seamless production handover.
  • Supported a sustainability initiative by proposing 3 new CMFs for an existing product, strengthening its market viability and expanding its commercial reach.

Graduate Design Engineer at Dyson Electronics Pte. Ltd (2022-09 – 2024-09)

  • Reworked 3D CAD models for 2 assembly components, engineering part geometry to satisfy manufacturability requirements and eliminate production complexity.
  • Crafted detailed 2D engineering drawings with precise dimensional and tolerance specifications, enabling manufacturers to interpret requirements accurately and reduce production errors.
  • Led the introduction of a new product colorway within a cross-functional team, steering the end-to-end Change Request process and securing stakeholder approval for all design modifications.
  • Enforced quality standards by rigorously evaluating 6+ components against defined specifications, detecting dimensional defects and non-conformances before production release.
