• Devise and prepare safety programs to be implemented to Project Sites
• Supervises Safety Officers under their respective clusters
• Ensure all policies, procedures and system is being implemented religiuosly in all project sites
• Conducts regular inspection and audits at project sites to gauge the level of compliance to OSH policies
• Attends coordination meeting at Project sites
• Supervises Safety Officers in each Project site to ensure that safety measures and programs are being implemented
• Coordinates with the Operations Group to educate project personnel on Safety
• Motivates staff by regular coaching and formal trainings
• Ensures safety orientation/induction to all newly hired employees/workers before Endorsement to construction site are being conducted
• Ensures Incident investigations are being conducted to determine the cause(s) to provide measures to prevent recurrence of the same incident/accident
• Prepares weekly reports to be submitted to the EHS Dept. Head
• Conducts assessment of safety program implementation in all Project site
• Evaluates the effectiveness of safety policies and procedures regularly and make changes whenever necessary
• Ensures all mandatory (legal) reports are being submitted on time
• Monitor Safety Officer's reports submission
