Establish plan and program recommendation for the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities of various fleets of heavy equipment. Plan, implement and control all equipment maintenance operation within the workshop and field operation with the authority to recommend interruption/ halting of operation if equipment is unsafe, required for service, or being misused.
