Jae Franco

I am 21 years old, graduated from AMA Computer College. I have worked for BPO companies for more than two years.

I have worked for Sutherland Global Services for more than a year under Hilton Reservations. I was a reservations and customer care representative. After that, I worked for Globaltek PH, under Trajector Disability. I worked there for a year as a disability case manager. My work experience includes speaking to American clients, taking back office work, and communicating with them via email.

I studied Humanities and Social Sciences in AMA Computer College. I have studied subjects such as English for Academic and Professional Purposes, Philippine Politics and Governance, Introduction to Philosophy of the Human Person and Personal Development.
