Greetings!

I have been working in the IT industry as a Business Intelligence developer and support resource for more than 8 years in the Retail industry and 3 years in the Banking industry. I have a wide range of experience providing application development and application management and support and is seasoned in developing, documenting, coding, modifying, testing and implementing business data reporting solutions as well as providing quick and in-depth analysis and troubleshooting on data related applications.

In my current role in the project, I am familiarized and experienced in handling the Microsoft BI stack of applications which include SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SSMS and Power BI. Besides this, I have been tasked to develop automation solutions for the reporting platform using a variety of tools such as Python, C#/.NET, and APIs. Since starting 8 years ago as an ETL Datastage developer, I have gained extensive knowledge of the SQL language, as well as solid understanding of BI concepts such as data warehousing, data mart, ETL, reports and analytics.

Having worked in different projects and teams, I have strong communication skills and a good team-player. With a long experience in support, I have obtained a problem solving attitude to achieve my goals. I have also developed the skills to act and think quickly but calmly and work well under pressure.

• Developed Datastage job/s that are based on the design document provided by the client. The Datastage job/s serve as interfaces between Oracle database and Cognos Reporting Application (AGP Phase 2A), Oracle and Mainframe Applications (Foundation Stream) and between DB2 Databases (Business Intelligence Stream)
• Served as Datastage programmer during the project's Development for AGP Phase 2A, Foundation and Business Intelligence Streams and then as a Datastage support resource for Foundation Stream to resolve bugs/errors of Datastage jobs during the SIT and Hypercare phase
• Appointed as Point-of-contact person for the small team of grad hires I was part of. As POC, I reported directly to Client's Project architect about the progress of the development
