About
I have worked in some sales industries like Premium Outlets Corp., and HC Consumer Finance Phils. Inc., Mercantile Stores Group, Credit Access Philippines Financing Company Inc. My experience at these companies has taught me the value that passionate customer service can bring not only to a brand’s image; but to the company’s bottom line as well.
If you ask my former managers about my performance, they would mention my exceptional upselling techniques—which increased sales and customer retention. For example, when I was in Premium Outlets Corp., because of my hardworking, after 1 year of service as a Sales Associate, I was promoted to Officer in Charge and was able to manage one of their branches.
I was able to hit the Monthly Quota and sometimes over quota. There were times that I am been praised by customers for assisting and giving them the best customer service.
