I'm a former technical support way back from Jan 2021 to Jan 2024, then lately promoted as Junior Data Analyst from Jan 2024 up until the recent. As technical support, most issues encountered before was BSOD(Blue Screen of Death) whereas OS needs to be reinstalled then troubleshooting and fixing compact and laser printers. Today, most workloads deals with Customer Optimizations.
