Greeting Visitors – Welcome guests, clients, or customers and direct them appropriately.
Answering Phone Calls – Receive, screen, and forward calls; take messages when necessary.
Managing Appointments – Schedule, confirm, and update appointments or meetings.
Handling Correspondence – Receive, sort, and distribute mail, emails, and deliveries.
Providing Information – Answer questions about the organization, services, or procedures.
Maintaining Records – Update databases, visitor logs, contact lists, and filing systems.
Administrative Support – Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
