- Arrange cargo reservations and bookings for both online and interline.
- Monitors the flights both online and interline.
- Assist inquiry via emails or calls from customers regarding commodities, transit, routing and others.
- Sending email booking confirmations to the customers and Daily telesales / telemarketing information with customers.
- Monitors all shipments from origin to final destination and updates to the customers.
- Coordinate with our counterpart stations and airlines partners for booking requests and other concerns.
- Checking inputted rates and fixing errors in the system.
- Coordinate and monitor issues from the operations team such as offloaded, late documents/cargo.
