• Ensures that system access is maintained in accordance with company policy.
• Provide assistance to users via chat or email concerning to their application access problems or request follow ups and escalations.
• Create and maintain IAM related Documents and policies and procedures with application like: (CRM, Active Directory, As400, AMLA, SailPoint, Ivanti, ORACLE, etc.)
• Ensures access of the user details is properly created on the provided file/template for easy access and on their finance needed.
• If issues persist, assisting user to correct team and for assessing the problem.
• Implement and enforce IAM Policies manage user Identities and Control access privileges across the Enterprise.
• Troubledhoot IAM related issues and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure Compliance with Security standards and regulatory requirements.
