• Screened patients with respiratory and non-respiratory cases to minimize the spreading of infection due to pandemic caused by Covid-19
• Using the Health Information System BESTCare as Electronic Health Record with usability and functionality covering all health centers requirements featuring unified database, smart phones application, e-consent
• Triaging patient by using CTAS (Canadian Triage & Acuity Scale) to determine the urgency case of the patient
• Using KPI (Key Performance Indicator) to track fundamental metrics impacting organization's Nurses to improve quality of management
• Using Closed Loop Medication Administration Process (CLMA) integrating automated and intelligent system for inpatient medication management
• Using Omnicell Automated Dispensing Cabinets to create safer process for getting right medication to right patient including Narcotics and Controlled Medication Process
• Using Safety Reporting System (SRS) paperless system for reporting undesired incidents
• Provide total direct nursing care in accordance with plan of care and needs of patients with respect for patient's privacy, dignity, and strict confidentiality
• Prepare, administer, and document administration of all prescribed medications by physician, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring recording patients' conditions
• Document all assessments, interventions and relevant information in patient's health care records on ongoing basis
• Collaborate with patient/family and other members of health care team to develop and update plan of care
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with organizational policies and procedures
