I am a registered nurse in the Philippines with ER, ICU and ward experience for 3 years.

As an ER nurse, we have roles in providing initial assessment and safe care to stabilize patients such as multiple traumas, cardiac arrests, stroke codes, and conscious sedations.

As an ICU nurse, we are responsible for closely observing patients, monitoring vital signs and ensuring the proper functions of feeding tubes, ventilators, catheters and other life support equipment.

As a general ward nurse, we restore and promote patient’s health by completing the nursing process, and we maintain continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

I also have been a COVID vaccinator for 3 months.
