In my previous role as an Encoder, I was responsible for encoding applicants’ resumes, assisting during examinations, and shortlisting qualified candidates to help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. I also gained experience in organizing applicant records and maintaining accurate data for easy reference and communication.

And as part also of Recruitment Marketing, I assist in interviewing applicants, gathering and organizing their information, and maintaining communication through their provided contact details and social media accounts. I also conduct warehouse visits to coordinate with HR teams and collect important recruitment updates. In addition, I help create advertisements and promotional videos for hiring activities to attract potential applicants and keep them informed, especially since most recruitment engagement today is done through social media platforms.
