I am licensed Filipino Civil Engineer with more than 9 years of field experience on residential, commercial, infrastructure and oil and gas projects both on architectural and structural works.

My most recent role is Turnover Supervisor for a Residential Condominium project in Cebu City, Philippines. I am tasked in handling the turnover of the project to different stakeholders.

One of my specialized roles is when I took up QAQC Engineer for Rehabilitation of POL Pier - Underwater Pile Jacketing in an oil and gas setting. It involves handling the overall quality compliance of the project from methodology and research test of concrete mix design to resource management including underwater method execution of our professional divers.

My most decorated achievement is taking a major part of the completion of the construction of Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway at Cebu as Site Engineer Superstructure (Offshore) and with Highway connection Rehabilitation. Currently CCLEX is dubbed as the longest bridge in the Philippines.

PROJECT: CITY CLOU MIXED USED RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

• Spearheading unit turnover process for a ₱12 billion residential project, serving as primary contact for client turnover-related concerns.
• Managed and closed out 2000+ punch list items, ensuring timely rectification of architectural and MEPF works.
• Proactively identified turnover risks and recommended corrective actions, reducing delays and client complaints.
• Prepared turnover documentation and progress reports, enhancing transparency with stakeholders.

PROJECT: FLOOD CONTROL STRUCTURE ALONG COTCOT RIVER
