Kim Diane Esteron

I am a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Latin honors. During my collage, I work part time job as a cashier in a restaurant that helps me to develop my social skills where I meet different kinds of people. Furthermore, it enhances my ability to manage my time effectively as I balance my academic responsibilities with my role as an employee.

In addition to that, I also have an experience as a Human Resource Staff during my internship in a logistic company where I handle 201 files of the employees, job posting, follow up pending requirements, and monitoring the shipment. Through this role, I developed a deeper understanding of HR functions and strengthened my organizational and communication skills, which I believe are essential in any professional setting.
