I am an operations and logistics professional with several years of experience in retail management, customer operations, and logistics support. I was later promoted to Real Time Analyst, where I currently manage call volumes, workforce scheduling, service level performance, attendance monitoring, and operational reporting. I also work closely with operations leaders to improve delivery processes and drive efficiency.
