- Monitor, guides and coaches the staff in the attainment of objectives, measures, targets and initiatives set for the department.
- Resolves immediately and take appropriate actions on complaints.
- Monitor, evaluate and do analysis on the reports submitted prior submission to Mancom.
- Ensure the tracking of disciplinary and performance problem of each staff and provide immediate solution.
- Monitor, coordinate and review the renewal of Lease of contract of Hospital Satellite Clinics and Referral Desk.
- Formulate and revise the departments Procedure Manual or Work Instructions.
- Do process mapping for the digitalization of the department process.
- Accreditation of In House Doctors for Clinics and approved DTR for payroll.
- Prepare documents for ISO audit.
