Hi Mc kinly here I'm a Graduate of Management an Master degree holder and PhD graduate most of the time I Analyses or supervise the preparation of all survey-related data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents and review of business development project plans, change requests, and inquiries about processes, policies, and systems.

• Create actions and strategies to ensure project profitability and financial stability based on product and a monthly sales report and inventory status.
• Ensure that a project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the approved business case.
• Keeps track of grant reports and other requirements outlined in grant agreements/contracts.
• Maintains a database of all project proposals and a monitoring matrix for all technical data bases of business processes and project management.
• Prepares brief write-ups and maintains of evaluation of project process owners and internal audit in resolving incident reports and audit findings and keeps track of project progress.
• Proposals for presentations in meetings and workshops with the company and/or other organizations/agencies involved in proposal development, as appropriate.
• Present a well-organized project presentation, provide status, and reports as needed to update and monitor progress, and communicate sensitive information tactfully
