+ Prepare and produce concept design and drawings for Architect, Consultant and owner approval.
+ Produce and develop shop drawings for curtain wall, facade works and other scopes included on the project (eg: Aluminum screens system, door and windows, glass railings and roofing system).
+ Delegating work load to Designers in preparing shop drawings tally with structural calculation, project technical specifications and compliance with existing codes requirement including company standards.
+ Checking of shop drawings assigned to Designers ensuring quality of works and all technical specifications and code requirements are followed.
+ Monitoring project status and assigned works to Designers aligned with the given project schedules.
+ Reporting and coordinating to Design Director
+ Attend technical meeting with clients, main contractor and consultants.
+ Prepare and produce concept design and drawings for Architect, Consultant and owner approval.
+ Produce and develop shop drawings for curtain wall, facade works and other scopes included on the project (eg: Aluminum screens system, door and windows, glass railings and roofing system).
+ Delegating work load to Designers in preparing shop drawings tally with structural calculation, project technical specifications and compliance with existing codes requirement including company standards.
+ Checking of shop drawings assigned to Designers ensuring quality of works and all technical specifications and code requirements are followed.
+ Monitoring project status and assigned works to Designers aligned with the given project schedules.
+ Reporting and coordinating to Design Director
+ Attend technical meeting with clients, main contractor and consultants.
+ Workstations, PC/Desktop, Network equipment, Printers/Photocopier)
+ Manage Users and Staffs access and configurations to Network and provide technical support.
+ Manage, deploy and maintain Company standard applications. (OS Images, Updates and Fixes)
+ In-charge on budgeting, outsourcing and procurement of Workstations, Hardware, Network equipment, Lease line provider (T1/DSL) and Software’s for Manila office.
+ Perform troubleshooting of Server’s, PC/Desktop/Workstations, Network equipment, Printer, Monitors.
+ Perform Data management (File backup and recovery, File management, Documentations and Inventory)
+ Provide Technical support to Staffs using various Company Standard applications (Windows, Internet, Office and Desktop applications)
+ Conduct orientation and training on company Network set-up and computer system for new employee.
+ Prepare and produce concept design and drawings for Architect, Consultant and owner approval.

+ Produce and check fabrication drawings, material take-off and extrusion orders and accessories.

+ Produces, prepares and modifies program documents and final designs, working drawings and specifications of projects.
+ Produce and prepare concept design and drawings for Architect, Consultant and owner approval.
+ Produce and develop shop drawings for facade and other scopes included on the project (eg: Canopy, spider system, door and windows, glass railings and roofing system)
+ Coordinate and attend technical meeting with owner, main contractor, consultants and subcontractor regarding design issue, material procurement, installation, test and turn up.
+ Responsible for submission of requirements and documents and coordination with local authority.
+ Produce 3D models of curtainwall panels for study and use in shop and fabrication drawing.
+ Produce mock-up 3D models for submission and approval.
+ Produce 3D models of building for geometrical study and references.
+Responsible in CAD design and drawing of Curtainwall (Unitised system) for Fabrication and installation.
+ Study architectural and structural drawings given for preparation and development of curtainwall system.
+ Design and produce drawings for mock-up (Visual and Performance), submission and approval.
+ Design and produce shop drawings of curtainwall system based on the given requirement of the project.
+ Study architectural and structural drawings given for preparation and development of curtainwall system.
+ Design and develop mock-up (Visual) for approval.
+ Design and produce shop drawings of curtainwall system based on the given requirement of the project using Schuco system.
+ Design and produce shop drawings of doors and windows including louvers and aluminum cladding.

+ Design and produce shop drawings of curtainwall system based on the given requirement of the project.
+ Produce fabrication drawings (cutting list) based on the shop drawings given by the project team.
+ Produced material takeoff for fabrication.
+ Rendering 3D models of buildings and curtainwall units for producing photo-realistic images.
+ Produce 3D animation videos and inter-active presentation for bidding and client presentation, training materials for company base University.
+ Prepares, plan, and set-up and manage network rendering slaves/server for network rendering (render farm).
+ Prepares storyboard, plan and schedule scope of Produce 3D video from post processing software.
+ Organize and Develop the CAD environment.
+ Provide technical support for all CAD and Engineering software.
+ Interact on Project standards coordination with Project Management team.
+ Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions.
+ In-charge on budgeting, procurement, configuration and maintenance of Autocad licenses (Network and stand-alone versions), Engineering applications (STAAD, MathCad, 3D Studio Max, Strand7, Algor).
+ Facilitate Training program for company specific product specialization (Basic Curtainwall Concept and Terminologies)
+ Provide in-depth training on customized Autocad application and company standards to employees.
+ Participation on customizing, testing, troubleshooting and implementation on new CAD programs.
+ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for project, perform file backup and archive for completed projects.
+ Facilitate applicant examination and participate on hiring process
