I've finished my course in Bachelors degree in Human Resource Development Management and completed my short course in Computer Secretarial.

In my current position as a Fraud Specialist, I have demonstrated efficiency, sound decision-making, and an ability to be proactive in all situation. I am currently working in the BPO - Gaming Industry as part of Operations in Risk and Payments, where I honed my skills by detecting multiple fraud trends in the United States.

And I was responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via email. I regularly used CSM and Zendesk tools to resolve issues and keep track of customer interactions.
