I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Currently, I am the Laboratory Manager of Cebu Metrologyx Technical Services, a ISO/IEC 17025:2017 complaint calibration laboratory (but not yet accredited). I am in charge of the whole operation of the calibration laboratory.

I am looking for a position outside my country where I can utilize my skills and explore more on my knowledge in the calibration of Temperature, Pressure and Electrical measuring devices.

I have a total experience of more than 5 years in the Calibration Laboratory. Looking forward to start anew and enhance my professional skills and to be part of a company that cultivates good qualities.

Laboratory Manager / Calibration Engineer

• Over all responsible for the technical operations of the Calibration Laboratory.
• Review of Calibration Service Request
• Evaluation of Environmental conditions
• Management of Laboratory Equipment (preventive maintenance and intermediate checks).
• Certified for the use / operate Laboratory’s Instrument/Equipment’s
• Development, modification, verification, and validation of methods
• Analysis of results, including statements of conformity or opinions and interpretations
• Review of calibration results
• Review and approval of new/changed documents
• Review of Documents and Records
• Maintain, review, and approve the quality procedure and other management documents
• Write technical and management systems reports
• Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty
• Review of purchase requisition request
• Review and evaluates complaints and feedback
• Investigates and evaluates significance of the non-conforming work
• Monitoring laboratory’s commitment to development and implementation of management system, continuous improvement, and implementation of action to address risks and opportunities
• Reviews/verify the documented procedure, data, and analysis, and decide the final acceptance based on the suitability of the procedure and acceptability of observed analysis of measurement results
• Responsible for final acceptance of new calibration methods, training staff on the new procedure, and for consistent implementation.
• Employs the security measures to maintain the security of the laboratory documents (hardcopy/softcopy)
• Performs calibration of Electrical, Pressure and Temperature instruments.
