- Operations Head
- Lead projects within a functional area while following corporate project management methodologies.
- Perform project management activities such as, assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources and assigns individual responsibilities, developing schedules, writing charters, prepare and monitor project budgets and manage project quality, cost and delivery to ensure timely successful completion of projects.
- Delivers high level of customer satisfaction through execution of strong customer communication plans.
- Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Track project milestones and reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- And coach mentors, motivate and supervise project team members, contractors and influence teams to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work.
- Ensure project documents are complete for billing purposes.
- Project Management Head/Operations Manager
- Manages the customer’s project related issues and concerns;
- Managing the OVERALL timeline of the project;
- Checking the Implementation progress from time to time
- Oversee and support Project Coordinators and Documentations.
Comprehensive knowledge on product technology
- Maximize all company related resources (including manpower) and minimize unnecessary costs;
- Motivates the direct reports and the rest of the team members to build-up a culture of success.
