- Oversee Route and In-house operations. Evaluate supervisors and leadman performance
- Ensure all route and in-house personnel are efficient and working based on company standards
- Ensure that all repairs performed are done in a timely manner
- In-charge of handling out memos for poor performance
- Ensure that all company owned forklift unit are in good conditions
- Ensure that all company owned tools & equipment are complete & secured at all times
- In-charge of cleanliness and orderliness of operations
- Approval of daily trip ticket
- Asses daily task if properly completed based on instructions. Make reprimand if needed
- Monitor of pending repairs of all rental units
- Assess & take action on all service reports received
- Manage all tagged backlogs, make necessary actions/repairs
- Monitor all repairs of in-house team, monitor man hours, monitor quality. GANT charting
- Safekeeping/Audit/Manage all inventory company owned tools and light equipment
- Manage/Evaluate all Technicians including OJT
- Manage all inbound & outbound shipments
- Manage all incoming ordered spare parts (set standards) reject if non compliant
- In-charge of the preparation and approval of spare parts (Rental units, customer owned & for inventory)
- Manage all outside jobs. Set standards (Machining, calibration, hoses, brake bonding, radiator repairs, etc) Approve or reject incoming spare parts local or import
- Manage all forklift rental units PMS / Repairs in a timely manner
- Manage communication with rental customers, users keeps on answering viber message/reports
- Assist on managing/audit/inventory all company owned forklift units
- Quality control of all repairs completed and outgoing rental units
- Monitor fuel consumption of all service vehicles. Ensure fleet card is used for business only
- Assist all branches needs, parts, supplies, technical, others
