I have a vast knowledge in alcoholic beverages. Whiskeys, gins, rums, vodkas, types of tequila, liquor; aperitif and digestif. From classic to modern style of cocktails; infused spirits, liquor, home-made syrups and clarified cocktails. Still wines and sparkling wines and their own grape varieties and origins. I also have wide experience in coffee. From coffee beans, with their roasting level; arabica or robusta, blended or single origins, to brewing specialty coffee, making latte art.
