Clients/ Projects: Huawei Technologies Philippines & Umlaut

• RF Planning and Optimization of 5G/4G/3G/2G networks to trouble shoot, KPI Monitoring, Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality/coverage problems, And confirming necessary parameter and script
• Handles 5G/4G/3G/2G coverage drive test results acceptance
• Perform site survey activities like site hunting, site validation and site ranking.
• Produce and verify the configuration for new Sites
• Make the information available to the Implementation Project Manager or on site configuration/integration resources.
• Manage nominal plan, site solutions and follow up radio unit plans and their implementations according to company objectives
• Attending to customer complaints and suggesting adequate solution to improve coverage, quality and capacity problems.
