My career has evolved from Industrial Engineering to General Management and Consultancy. I have been at the helm of a private sector organization as its General Manager which I steered to a successful initial phase of operations as a start-up corporation, until the company stabilized both its operations and markets. Prior to my retirement, I held the position of Vice President for Human Resource and Development of a government bank.

I have also worked in consultancy engagements and made my mark in several industries that involved production planning, cost control, inventory management, logistics management, process improvement, incentives and rewards management and human resource management.
