About

For over three decades, I have had the privilege of leading and teaching across the UK, Canada, and Southeast Asia, working within the Canadian, AP, PYP, MYP, and British curricula. This breadth of experience has given me a deep and nuanced understanding of how to adapt curriculum to meet the needs of diverse students and school contexts, ensuring that learning remains relevant, rigorous, and responsive. I am unafraid of data; I have used it consistently and effectively to support student outcomes, identify gaps, and to drive improvement.

I am deeply committed to supporting teachers through meaningful professional development, equipping them with the tools, confidence, and inspiration to become progressive educators who embrace innovation while remaining grounded in what works. My loyalty to the schools I serve has always been unwavering, and I have developed a particular talent for marketing schools authentically—telling their story in a way that attracts families and builds trust. I grow and maintain excellent relationships with parents and the wider community, understanding that education is a partnership built on open communication, transparency, and mutual respect.

I remain relevant in my practice, constantly reading, learning, and engaging with new educational ideas, but also with discernment— I have seen trends in education rise and fall, and understand that there is no perfect solution. What matters most is hard work, commitment, and doing what is right for every child, every day.
