About
Highly experienced and competent valuation professional. A registered civil engineer, real estate appraiser, and real estate consultant. Simon has personally valued and/or visited countless very large facilities globally, ranging from residential, commercial, office towers, or integrated complexes, integrated hotel and casino, island resorts, airports, shipyards, mine sites, chemical plants, and power plants.
Simon has also prepared several Asset Retirement Obligations, mostly for facilities that are under leasehold. Good corporate governance requires an assessment of the decommissioning cost (-) and expected cost credit (+), on the basis of a brownfield or greenfield scenario of its removal and sale, if any, of salvageable assets.
