- Worked with Burn-in Engineers to investigate Scratch on 15x15mm Lidded Packages that lead to finding the Root Cause and resulted to old burn-in sockets replacement seen with residue from melted solder balls that cause the scratches.
- Project management and company representative in Malaysia for a face-to-face meeting for new Turret machine. Worked with suppliers on its setup, improvements, and projects implementation both hardware and software installations. Provided documentation and progress report to the management.
- Initiated and networked with other equipment owners to build the mobile I/O Driver Board, Sensor Board, Motor, and Power supply checker for handler spares, and saved time instead of waiting for an available machine to be used to check spares functionality and minimized zero spares issue. Supervised central shop and technicians.

- Collaborated with two technicians to change the material of the metal cable tensioner from metal to vespel material and zeroed out the broken cable problem, and won 1st prize in the technical paper presentation.
- Performed planned and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronics systems. Upgrading problematic parts and conducting training for machine operators. Supervised, trained technicians for machine upgrades and progress.

- Performed Machine Jam Clearing and assisted machine operators in processing lots, and were able to meet the cycle time and release the products to the next log point.
- Converted machines according to the required package types and sizes, and was able to develop a faster and systematic conversion strategy by performing conversion kit maintenance right after pullout from the machine for it to be ready in production once used, thus meeting customer demands on time.
- Eliminated the QFP damaged lead source at the RFS Handler Input module by putting a Bar that held the pick and place individual Input Heads together, thus solving the misalignment of each head and increasing yield by 30%. Always works with Quality team for alignment.
- Performed basic tester trouble shooting, diagnostic run, repair and parts replacement.
