Cyrus Vance Cunanan is one of the senior developers at Level11Tech, under Unionbank of the Philippines. Currently working on a project - Loan Ranger Mobile Banking app of CitySavings Bank using Outsystems Mobile, which is now in Production and available for download in Google Play Store. He is also one of the developers who pioneered OutSystems platform in CitySavings Bank and currently heading the OutSystems Development Team.
Vance has been involved with the development of full-system applications using the OutSystems platform and previously headed the development of the now-live Manulife HK Agent Tax
