• Make Sales Tax invoices after compiling the dispatched data on a general basis. Check the Mending & Fabric Bills.
• Make the debit & Credit Notes. Payments Collection and Depositing in Bank and Maintain Bank Vouchers Mannerly.
• Check and verify vendor invoices using a three-way matching system i.e. match vendor Invoice with purchase order and goods received note.
• Entries, posting & processing journal entries in the system in a timely manner. Responsible for month-end GL close processes and GL reconciliations
• Process vendor & Supplier payments and prepare cheques as per agreed timelines. Perform of preparing different types of reports
