• Conducting initial consultations with clients to discuss their import / export consignments, and to discuss with client regarding benefit of SROs of import
• Consultants with clients and aware them about the Customs Tariff and Import / Export Policies of Pakistan Customs
• Monitor and handle the process of Customs Clearing of imported goods at airport, dry port, and seaport.
• Calculating customs duties and taxes of imported goods and inform importer
• Creating Customs Goods Declaration for Clarence of imported consignments at LAFU, LDRY.
• Negotiations with client regarding concession of Customs Duties & Taxes from FBR.
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Study competition to find new ways to retain customers

AREA EXECUTIVE - IDEAL GROUP OF CONSULTANTS

• Observing the field staff and checking bank pledged sites accordingly
• Inspecting the pledged stocks and reporting to concerned bank
• Stock report preparation and submission to the bank (CAD)
• Inspecting the pledged stocks and informing bank if borrower is lifting the bank pledged stocks
• Expert to check of different kind of pledged stocks
• Communicate with bank on behalf of borrower for stock pledging and provide borrower (client) all information about the bank policies
