• Identify and troubleshoot issues in DCS/PLC and related networks and perform necessary modifications.
• Deliver presentations to senior management for projects, modifications, and upgrades.
• Conduct scheduled and emergency repair/maintenance of DCS/PLC equipment and networks.
• Expand existing control systems by installing new control hardware and operator stations.
• Update tripping and alarming lists as required and maintain ISO 9001:2000 documentation through audits.
• Source spares and inspect equipment for availability and performance testing.
• Train and mentor Assistant Managers, Trainee Engineers, and other junior technical staff.
