Automation Engineer skilled with developing PLC Programming, HMI Designing, Hydraulic and pneumatic control, Electrical Schematics and panel layout design using AutoCAD electrical. Strong experience in Programming Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, and Allen Bradley PLC's. Strong knowledge in motion control using servo drives and VFD. Depth knowledge of PID control system used in Industries to regulate temperature, flow, pressure, speed, and other process variables.

I have been working as an PLC Programmer for more than three years and I have extensive knowledge in Programming PLC and designing HMI. I have working experience in programming Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, and Fatal PLC's using their software including TIA portal, GX works2, CCW, and IspSoft. Also, I have experience in VFD's and controlling Servo motor drives.

My first job was in the batteries manufacturing industry known as Force Batteries pvt ltd, where I got the chance to troubleshoot and develop the new PLC based machines.

After working at Force Batteries, I moved on to another company Robo Machine Design. This company is located in Australia and It was my online job. There, I worked on multiple projects based on PLC, HMI, Servo drives, and Inverter, such as CNC plasma cutting machine and wire wrapping machine etc. These projects were very successful, and we were able to complete them ahead of schedule. Additionally, I have designed all the panel wiring and layout designs using AutoCAD Electrical.

I am currently working as an automation engineer at Water2000 Inc. where I have been working since last year on multiple projects including Automatic UF water treatment plants and chlorine dosing system.Programming PLC and designing HMI to monitor and control pressure, Flow, and other process variables.
