- Guide & supervise maintenance workers for Breakdown Maintenance with least down time
- Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance of Machine

- Maintenance of cnc lathe machine (48 Nos with Fanuc,Centroid,Apha, Controller), cnc machining center machines (08 Nos with Fanuc controllers), SPM machines (06 Nos) Generators (02 Nos 350kva and 250kva), Compressors (04 Nos Screw and 01piston), Pressure Die Casting with Apha Control (10 Nos 420 Tons), Electroplating Plant (04 Nos),Centerless grinders (25 Nos) and Cooling tower pumps (07 Nos) Drill machine 75 nos Power press 28 nos etc.(Total over 400 machineries)
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, fixtures, machines, etc
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, machines and equipments to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
- Inspect electrical systems, machines and equipments to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance
- Hire and train other maintenance personnel
- Order parts and equipments required
- Recording daily maintenance activity and keep documentation upto date
- Contacting service providers and contractor for certain job required
- Preparing work schedules and preventative maintenance schedule
- Eensure all works are completed on time in a correct and efficient manner
- Coordinate and communicate with management regarding maintenance jobs and requirement
- Keep stock of all maintenance equipment
