I am a law graduate and legal professional with hands-on experience working with U.S., UK, and Canadian law firms across immigration, litigation, and consumer protection matters. My work has mainly involved drafting legal documents, managing case files, and supporting attorneys in keeping matters organized and moving forward within tight deadlines.
Over time, I have handled a mix of responsibilities from preparing pleadings and applications to reviewing documents, coordinating with clients and experts, and managing multiple cases at once. I am comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments and using different case management systems to keep everything structured and on track.
I prefer a practical, detail-focused approach to my work. I make sure documents are accurate, deadlines are met, and communication is clear. I am also someone who takes initiative if something is unclear, I ask questions and make sure I understand the task properly before moving ahead.
At this stage, I am looking to continue building my career in a role where I can contribute to legal operations, improve workflows, and support a team in a more structured, in-house environment.
Paralegal / Legal Case Manager with approximately 4+ years of professional experience supporting U.S., UK, and Canadian law firms across litigation, immigration, Personal Injury, Family Law, and consumer protection matters.
Experience includes managing 20–30+ active cases simultaneously, drafting pleadings, contracts, demand packages, immigration petitions, and legal correspondence, along with reviewing complex documents such as medical records, evidence files, and regulatory materials.
Proficient in legal case management, document review, and workflow coordination, with strong exposure to contract-related work, compliance checks, and deadline-driven environments.
Tools & Systems: Clio, Lawmatics, MyCase, SmartAdvocate, Litify (Salesforce), CaseFox, Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Rapid Legal.
Strong ability to manage document repositories, track deadlines, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure accuracy and consistency across high-volume legal work in fast-paced, remote settings.
