Arslan Ahmad

Arslan Ahmad, a self-motivated person having a creative approach to solving different problems is ready to cope with the challenges of new opportunities. I would love to pursue my career in a healthy and professional environment.

I worked as an intern in the baking industry called Wonder Bread Faisalabad during my graduation. After completing my Master's degree, I have been working as Quality Assurance Executive in a food industry named M R International (frozen foods) in Lahore. I have a great experience in this industry, improving different skills in food safety and quality management, Lab testing, work ethics, and how to deal with senior and junior workers.

Currently, I am looking for different new opportunities for better exposure and growth.

• I have done B S (Hons) in Food Science and Technology from the Institute of Home and Food Sciences, GCUF and scored 3.56 CGPA in 2018.
• After my bachelor's degree, I got admission to the most renowned institute of Pakistan in Food Sciences named as National Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFSAT). I have Completed my M.Sc.(Hons) Food Technology with a 3.51 CGPA in 2020. My Research domain in my M.Sc. was fruits and vegetables and the topic of my research was the Development and Characterization of Watermelon rind Jam.
