Ayaz Mustafa

I am Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA) as well as Associate of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA UK) as a professional accountant I have diversified experience of professional education and trainings at national and international level. I taught Accounting and Business Studies for Cambridge O and A level students in The City School as well as to professional qualifications like ACCA, CIMA and ICAEW UK. Besides my teaching and training skills I also have skills of a practicing accountant in the field of statutory audit, internal audit, cost audit, advisory and business analysis. As I worked in RSM Chartered Accountants as Assistant Manager, I got different opportunities to work for Private, Public and Corporate sector organizations of trading, manufacturing, FMCGs, NPOs and services nature of businesses. These opportunities not only envisioned my thinking and acumen but also elucidated my knowledge and skill set to be a good professional.

Besides my Professional Accountancy skills I am Law Graduate as well as qualified Company Secretary and a Certified Director therefore I have good knowledge of Laws, Secretarial Practice and Code of Corporate Governance.

I started my career as Permanent faculty member in CFE Group of Colleges Lahore for Accounting for ACCA and CIMA syllabus and I taught these subjects on permanent basis from February 2009 to June 2014. Along this I also taught Accounting and Business studies in the City School for O and A level Cambridge students for 5 years.

In July 2014 I joined one of the famous audit firm and I worked there as Assistant Manger. This role helped me a lot in getting practical exposure of accounting and auditing and I applied my theoretical skills to the industry.

In August 2018 I rejoined education sector as Joint Director in ICMA Pakistan and currently heading the institute in Lahore.

I am Fellow Cost and Management Accountant from ICMA Pakistan, Associate of chartered certified Accountant from ACCA UK and Master in Business Administration (MBA Finance) from Virtual University of Pakistan. I am also a law graduate.
