• Provide Complete Information to the customer regarding A/c opening/closing/amendments further processing /input of deals & safe record keeping of all documents related to account opening department.
• Ensure sufficient quantity of product brochures & services material at IB Window.
• Ensure sufficient inventory of security stationery in joint custody with Window Branch Operations Manager.
• Ensure that no service/sales related (Mis-sell) complaints are received from customers.
• Intelligently assess the needs and requirement of the existing customers and resolve them as per the Bank's policy.
