I work in research, monitoring, and evaluation helping organizations understand what is working and what needs improvement. I collect and manage data from projects and programs and make sure the information is accurate and well organized. Most importantly, I help organizations track progress, meet strategic goals and use evidence to improve their work.

I also train and guide staff and partners on data collection and reporting. Overall, my work helps organizations make better decisions based on facts rather than assumptions. I am also experienced in managing databases, including organizing, updating, cleaning data and ensuring data accuracy and timely access for reporting and decision-making.

I have over 15 years of experience working in research, monitoring and data management for large development programs. I have supported studies, surveys, and evaluations, managed databases, ensured data quality and produced clear reports for the leadership. My work helps organizations make evidence-based decisions and improve performance.
