I have a working experience of over 8 years in different organization across Pakistan and specifically more than 5 years of experience in development Sector
I am currently working remotely as a Director education development for Pakistan chapter of Social enturprenurship consortium Int based in Toronto Canada. I am also working as visiting faculty for Bahria University Islamabad. I was part of the Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKUEB) as a specialist for the teacher's development unit.
I was responsible for developing Advocacy, Intervention and teacher development through Monitoring and Evaluation then providing trainings for effective teaching and curriculum implementation. During this time, I also got to develop Middle School Projects which were then implemented in schools all over Pakistan.
Previously, I have completed the project Assess to Services and Knowledge (ASK) with Family Planning Association Pakistan as a coordinator for Hunza and Nagar. I had the responsibility of being the focal person and coordinating with the head office in Lahore. I had the responsibility to create a liaison with the local government, AKRSP, civil society, and health organizations in the locale.
This project was focused on sexual health which is a taboo in most parts of Hunza Nagar. Furthermore, I was also part of with USAID project Early Grade Reading Assessment (EAGRA) in the capacity of a researcher.
I have done my MPhil and Masters in Anthropology
