- Complete Executive Support to the Head of Retail Banking
- Maintain Head’s calendar – including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while prioritizing conflicting demands
- Confidentially handle sensitive information and correspondence
- Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees in the
Retail Department
- Oversee communication channels, screen incoming calls, draft correspondence, handle verbal and written complaints from account holders, and ensure follow-up with branch and area managers for resolution
- Provide administration support
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Head of Retail Banking
- Assist in decision-making processes by gathering relevant data and providing insights
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives by coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing timelines
- Identify and address issues proactively, demonstrating resourcefulness in resolving problems
- Seek opportunities for process improvement within the Retail
Department, implementing best practices and adopting new technologies where applicable
