Miss Faiqa Masud did her M.Phil. from Lahore College for Women University, majoring in Gender and Development Studies. On completing her degree in 2013 she scored Distinction and was awarded with Silver Medal along with a Roll of Honor. She did her Qualitative dissertation on Marginalization of Khawaja Sara's.
She has the honor of heading Violence Against Women Project. She has worked with different NGO's in tough areas like Swat and Bannu. Besides being a Gender Specialist, she is also a Soft Skills Trainer, Inspirational Speaker, and Youth Mind Programmer Educationist & Spiritual Coach.
Currently she is CEO Highminders. Highminders is an organization of Training and Educational Consultancy. She has imparted teachers training across Pakistan in different schools and colleges. She has also imparted parental training sessions to the parents across Pakistan in different schools.
