Remained an essential part of one of the biggest Electrical Power Project in Pakistan named as “ TP - 1000 “ (Transmission Package 1000 MVar) by K-Electric, which has given a new lifeline to the city of Lights Karachi, Pakistan.
The Project TP - 1000 is approximately worth of 490 million USD.
Executed 05 x Sub Stations which with Voltage levels of 220kV & 132 kV. Among them 3 x sub stations were extension Projects while rest were new. Have an honour for the closure of whole TP - 1000 project.
During the Project I have got an experience on execution and design review of MEP, and carried out testing and design review of electrical equipment such as Power and Auto Transformers 40 MVA & 250 MVA respectively.
Carried out construction supervision along with the civil design review in terms electrical equipment requirements.
Implementation of DuPont safetySOPs before commencement of work. HSEQ was kept as the backbone of the project and by the grace of ALLAH the said project was completed with 0 LTI.
Another milestone of my life was to work with Saudi Electricity ⚡️ Company. There I got my hands on 380kV BPS (Bulk Power Supply) Al - Kharj , KSA. The aim to build this Project is to make an other industrial hub at Al Kharj.

Project Engineer June 2015 to December 2015 Saudi Arabia SAUDI ENGG GROUP INTERNATIONAL.
This project is created to supply power to AL-KHARJ industrial city by constructing a new (380/132/33/13.8 KV) BSP (Bulk supply power) including complete protection, metering, control, communication system. This project is equipped with SAS (Substation automation system) and is remotely controlled by ECC (Energy control Centre), RIYADH, through SCADA.
Manager Electrical Power LV/MV 2008 to 2015
⦁ Under Ground high voltage power cable laying and Termination of 132kv (1000 sq.mm).
⦁ 0.8kM long, testing 132kV Underground Cable circuits (Direct Buried).
⦁ Provide expert technical input and guidance on HV, LV and Fiber Optic cables and systems.
⦁ Prepare feasibility / conceptual designs for cabling infrastructure.
⦁ Laying of Optical fiber cable 12 strands 5 km long (Direct buried).
⦁ Testing & Commissioning and De-Hydration 10/13 MVA Transformer.
⦁ Testing & commissioning of 11 Kv panels at 132-11 Kv grid station.
⦁ Installation & testing of Fire Detector System.
⦁ Installation of AVRs
⦁ H.T Cable jointing & meggering of (11 KV) and cable laying 3.5 kms as per standards.
⦁ Development of various engineering documentation including specifications and calculation notes.
⦁ Management of job & assigned team with respect to quality assurance & planning.
⦁ Coordination works with other disciplines and review of other disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Civil etc.).
⦁ Preparation of single line diagram.
⦁ Good working knowledge of power distribution design.
⦁ Earthing Network laying as per drawing and its testing.
