Consultants/Contractors (criteria based detailed mechanical evaluations),
preparation/review of consultants TOR’s, Review of Pre-Qualification
Documents for Contractors, Liason with World Bank & other Government
Agencies, Progress Reports, Financial Evaluations, Awards of Contracts,
Contract Management (FIDIC Red Book based), review of Project reports,
provide assisatance to the Head PMO in various technical matters.
International Procurement of Goods & Works through World Bank procedures using STEP tool (Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in
Procurement). Local/KPPRA procurement for Goods & Works. Contract
Negotiations, Contract Award, Combined Evaluations (T+F), Development of
Criteria based data sheets, Document controlling system, Liasion with international Consultants, Hiring of Independent Panel of Experts (IPOEs),
Draft Contracts, TORs for experts, Clarifications to the pre-proposals,
Addendums, Variations, EOTs, Dispute Resolutions, Rejoinders, Grievance Redressals, Reports, Working Papers & Agendas, Minutes of Meetings etc.
