Worked as the Project / Legal Manager at Huawei Technologies (Pvt) Ltd Pakistan, and handled many projects: A joint venture of CM Pak (ZONG) and Huawei (Zong Phase 4-6), A joint venture of Safe city authority Islamabad and Huawei (Islamabad Safe city project S1), A joint venture of Punjab Safe city authority and Huawei (Lahore Safe city project V8).
- Main Responsibility was dealing with legal matters, contained within giving legal opinions, drafting legal notices, undertakings, plaints, written statements, petitions, applications and complaints.
- Handled the court cases; for this purpose organizing, supervising and following up the team members and external Lawyers and manage the progress report with necessary escalation in the work.
- Drafted and prepared all kinds of Agreements and Contracts which were necessary and essential for running the projects.
- Handled all type of tax matters, all legal issues related finance department.
- Responsible for scrutiny & verification of title documents of land owners, preparation of lease agreements and all other legal components involved in the site acquisition work.

Worked as the SA/Legal Manager at ZTE Pakistan (PVT) LTD for a joint venture project of CM Pak (Zong) and ZTE (Phase 1-3). Responsible for Site Acquisition activities as well as Legal Matters.
- S.A activities were includes Acquire the land, making the relevant reports, handling of sub-contractors, abridging all the components involved in the site acquisition work with client company, getting NOCs from all concerned Government departments.
- Dealt with many court cases filed against CMPAK and got them disposed of in favour of the Company by pursuing them in true letter and spirit, drafted and filed suits, written statements, petitions, applications and complaints.
- Drafted the Lease Agreements and contracts, and also vet & verify the Ownership documents.
- Handled the legal matters about environmental Issues, TMA NOC issues and other Government deportments issues etc.

Worked as the SA/Legal Manager at Huawei Technologies (Pvt) Ltd Pakistan, for a joint venture project of WARID and Huawei (WARID Phase 3, 6.1 and 6.2).
- S.A activities includes hiring of sub-contractors, scrutiny & verification of title documents of the owners, preparation of lease agreements, abridging all the components involved in the site acquisition work with client company, worked for the power supply to the BTS site, got NOCs from all concerned Government departments.
- Giving legal opinions, drafting Legal Notices, Under Takings, Agreements, Contracts and court cases.
- Preparation of agreements in respect of various site acquisitions, handling cases in respect of site properties and related issues in the courts of Law and to look into the legal matters of the Company.
