Through these roles, I have conducted surveys, supervised research teams, and successfully implemented grassroots level activities in areas such as health, education, civil rights, and livelihood development.
One of my key accomplishments has been my work with vulnerable groups, particularly householder widows/women and people with disabilities, to improve their economic conditions. I have facilitated their graduation from poverty indicators and provided vocational skill training to raise their family incomes. By leveraging my expertise in community mobilization, GBV, resilience, Protection and Inclusion and organizing/conducting community-based training, I have successfully ensured the sustainable economic empowerment of these marginalized individuals.
Furthermore, my experience as a PMER officer has equipped me with exceptional reporting skills and the ability to maintain the highest standards of quality in my work. Complementing my professional experience, I hold a Master's degree in International Relations and a one-year diploma in IT.
