As an employee and/or expert/consultant to various Multilateral Donors, International Organizations and/or Implementing Agencies, served 35 years in the development sector; including leading positions in livelihood, youth empowerment, community & Social development, WASH, Environment, Irrigation, CPIs, Emergency response and rehabilitation, agribusiness & livestock sector strengthening, FFS and collective business approach, value chain development, Access to finance facilitation and SME empowerment in different parts of Pakistan. He has Up-to-date knowledge of Intercultural and political environments and social transformation processes on local and national levels. Significant knowledge of community development, and democracy including citizen participation, good governance, public services, sustainable development, planning, and public administration in addition to research and training capabilities.
He has excellent analytic, strategic, monitoring, reporting, contract, and proposal writing skills. He has also facilitated project designing for International NGOs and National NGOs. Many of these projects contributed to livelihood generation.
He has been working/reporting/Monitoring/proposal writing experience with PPAF, FAO, World Bank, ADB, UNDP, USAID, CIDA and GoB.

European Union funded Growth for Rural Advancement and Sustainable Progress (GRASP) 48 M Euro project in collaboration with ITC, FAO, SMEDA and implementing partner to strengthen SMEs in Agriculture and Livestock value chains (Grapes, Olive, Dates, onion, Sheep, Goat and Back yard poultry) and overall objective is to support poverty reduction and sustainable and inclusive economic growth in rural areas of Pakistan. The program's specific objective is to support gender-inclusive income and employment generation, enhanced productivity, and profitability of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) involved in primary production, service provision, and value addition, access to finance in and around selected clusters of value chains.
National Expert Organizational Development - FOOD AND AGRICULTURE ORGANIZATION OF UN (FAO) - Pakistan

Enterprise (SMEs) and Entrepreneurs, Leveraged keen insight for the provision of technical guidance and supervision of the Farmers Marketing Collectives (FMC's) in the project's districts, also led awareness sessions on small and medium enterprise development (SME's).
Organizations (MMO) and registered with the Cooperative department; awareness sessions and stunting of children due to malnutrition issues and addressed the issue through the establishment of the homestead kitchen garden. Expertly coordinated the target groups with the WFP on Pregnant and lactating Women's nutrition as the FAO emergency project. Acted as a focal person on the identification of pregnant & lactating women in the FAO GRASP Emergency Resilience project to address their nutritional needs through the establishment of Kitchen Gardens and Grants.
