- Community Mobilization & Engagement: Conduct community engagement sessions, small group meetings and awareness activities. Liaise with community leaders, religious leaders, elders, teachers, and influencers. Address community concerns, refusals, and misconceptions through dialogue.
- Information, Education & Communication (IEC): Disseminate key messages related to campaigns (Polio, MR, RI, etc.). Ensure consistent, accurate messaging aligned with district and provincial guidelines. Support distribution and proper use of IEC materials (posters, banners, leaflets).

- In coordination with the WHO staff, ensure communication and social mobilization planning is included in micro-plans of the highest quality.
