I finished my Ph.D. at the Northern University of Malaysia in 2017, it's an AACSB and AMBA-accredited University. My Ph.D. was in International Business (Titled: The Export Performance of Malaysian Manufacturing SMEs). In addition, I have an MBA from the University of Science Malaysia (USM) in 2007 as you know USM School of management is a top No 5 management school among Public Universities in Malaysia.

My passion for business administration as an academician is what has sparked my interest in advanced coursework and research. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the international market, overseas company sales, and entrepreneurship are some of my research specialties since they make extensive use of ideas for supporting local and foreign businesses. As a further step in this direction, I am currently working on various business models, concepts, and concerns that pertain to the present business climate internationally after COVID-19.

13. I can help researchers test their hypotheses, and test it which will be using statistical methods such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, or hypothesis testing. Use appropriate tests based on the type of data you have and the nature of your research question.

Moreover, I have excellent presentation skills physically and during COVID-19 when classes were online.

Moreover, I am good at speaking in public, in groups, or via electronic media. Due to the soft speaking skills, I have learned over so many years I am an expert in dealing with students and sorting their education-related problems, and negotiating with them to perform well and be a person of value and skills.
